A Colorful Spring ~ Screen Porch Tour

Hello friends! Sorry I’ve been a little MIA for the past few days, but I’ve been spring breaking (yes, that’s totally a verb 😉 ) with my family back in my hometown in Southern California. It was so nice to be back home visiting family and friends! But today I’m happy to be back and joining some of my favorite home decor bloggers in a colorful spring home tour hosted by Jeweled Interiors and Dimples and Tangles!

Last week I shared a little tour of my spring decor inside our home, so today I’m sharing our screen porch.

This is my favorite spot to start and end each and every day. I love coming out here with my coffee early in the morning just as the sun is beginning to rise.

I had the ceiling painted Sherwin Williams Watery a couple of years ago, and it’s still one of my favorite details.

These striped cushions from Frontage have held up so great. They clean up really well.

As much as Iove my quiet mornings out here, I think I enjoy my evenings out here even more. I love the longer days that spring brings with her.

Carmel, your porch is always beautiful (like the rest of your home)! I am thrilled to see photos of your two Schnauzer dogs lately! I also have two Schnauzer dogs. We have seating areas at either end of our 12’x22′ screen porch with a narrow farmhouse dining table in the center. Many happy hours are spent out there with the sweet pups. When is your pink house paint reveal?

The sofa has been through a bit of a transformation. It’s originally from Lowe’s, and is almost 4 years old. I spray painted it white last spring to give it a fresh new look and replaced the tan cushions with these pretty pinstriped cushions from At Home. The rockers are also from Lowe’s and they actually came in white, but they originally had navy with white piping cushions. I replaced those with these black and white striped ones from Frontgate about two years ago. These Frontgate cushions clean up incredibly well!
