Hey friends! We’re in full on back to school mode over here as my kids first day back is tomorrow. As a kid I always loved back to school shopping. I remember it being such a thrill to get a new binder with coordinated folders, and I absolutely lived for getting a new pencil box. #nerdalert I myself was a huge Hello Kitty fan, so this year when my girl was gravitating towards that cute white kitty I was pretty pumped!

While I’ve never been a huge fan of character clothing, I think this striped t-shirt…….
and these vans slip-ons……
are pretty darn cute. It’s nice to be able to indulge her sense of style without breaking the bank or cringing. And even though my girl knows how to tie her shoes I’m still a huge fan of the slip-on-no-lace tennis shoe!
I’m slightly obsessed with her backpack. We found it at Macy’s a few weeks ago.

And while I probably won’t be buying her the hair dryer for back to school, this may end up under the Christmas tree this year.
I would have flipped for that hair dyer when I was a kid!
