Yay it’s Friday! I am so pumped to sleep in tomorrow morning. I am convinced that daylight savings gets harder as you age………seriously, I want my hour back! You know you’re old when on Friday morning you’re excited for the weekend because you just want to sleep. Ha!
As per usual there are lots of random things on my mind today, so let’s get right to it shall we?!
1. So first off, Loft has a crazy good sale going on right now……40% off everything! I love special little details, so I just had to pick up this comfy tee with lace sleeves.
I also picked up a pair of their white jeans after trying them on and falling in love. They are without a doubt the most flattering pair of white jeans I’ve ever owned…….and it’s nice that they didn’t cost a fortune. This lace sleeve shirt and white jeans are going to be a fun date night combo!

2. Speaking of Loft, did you all know they carry swimwear?! I had no idea! I kind of fell in love with this black and white number. At the pool or beach, I prefer to wear either a retro style high-waisted bikini or a one piece, and I think it’s hard to find a one piece that is both stylish yet modest. This suit fits the bill perfectly!
And this cover-up?! Get serious, how pretty is this?! The sale prices make these pieces major deals too.
3. Do you all follow The Makerista? If not, you should. She’s always busting out amazingness. Case in point, this table she recently diy’ed. And really, how awesome is that red sofa?! Momma likey.
4. So, I hate to admit it, but I got sucked in to The Bachelor. I was previously on a hiatus from watching reality television because………well, because it’s flat out ridiculous, buuuuuuutttt I ended up watching the first episode and you know what happens when you do that. You get sucked into the drama………and the crazy………and oh, was there lots of drama and crazy this season! I don’t have any major opinions on who Prince Farming chose, but I was kind of shocked to hear that they’re going to have TWO bachelorettes next season. I mean…….say whaaaaatttt?!
I’m team women, so I’m not taking sides. I like them both, and I’m already dreading the first episode. I’m going to have to watch with one eye closed cringing the whole time. I know, I’m certifiable.
5. I’ll be back tomorrow with a new Saturday Style Mix post. My photographer and I are having a lot of fun with this new series.
