I light a scented candle or two every night around the holidays. I just love the ambiance they create in a home not to mention how great they smell. There is just something about a candle burning while you’re snuggled up with your family on the sofa that screams, “It’s Christmas!”. While I’ve yet to bust out all of my holiday decor, a simple poinsettia and a single jar candle on the side table in my living room is already making my home feel cozy for the season.

As much as I love candles, especially jar candles that you don’t have to worry about wax drippings, I don’t love paying a high price for them. But I’m also really picky about any labeling on a jar candle. I want my candles to smell great, but I also want them to blend in with my home decor rather than sticking out like a soar thumb. I discovered my perfect candle trifecta one day while shopping at none other than…..the grocery store. What sold me on Air Wick candles is that the labels are “easy peel”. There is absolutely no sticky residue that takes hours to remove. The labels peel off the front and back effortlessly. So that all I’m left with is a great smelling candle that blends in seamlessly with my decor and didn’t cost me a small fortune.

Lately I’ve been really partial to the Spiced Apple Crumble fragrance as it makes my house smell like I’ve been playing Betty Crocker in the kitchen, and that’s never a bad thing in my opinion. However, the green one, Emerald Woodland is perfect for this fake tree girl as it brings in a nice winter greenery aroma.

I love to burn candles, especially in the kitchen! It seems like that is where we are most of the time and it just seems that much cozier when a candle is burning! I love the fact that the labels on these candles are so easy to get off!

I burn candles beside photos of loved ones who have past, it's a reminder that their legacies live on in stories and love today 🙂

I love to have candles burning in the living room. We don't have a fireplace so the glow of the candle somewhat mimics the mood. I'm also a big fan of having them going in the bathroom just to add a little glow to a normally dark room.

I love to sprinkle them throughout our ranch so there's a different, but complimentary, smell wherever I go. Candles make things cozy!

I have them lit in my living room and in the guest bathroom when expecting company.

I usually display them on my coffee table in some way, such as with all the elements I have on my coffee table tray (pumpkins, across, a candle, etc.). These look lovely, what beautiful photography, too!

We constantly have a holiday candle burning. We go straight from pumpkin-themed to evergreen and I love it! There is nothing better than the smells of the holidays.

I love to use tea light candles! i place some in my snowman light figurine or on the wall in candle holders.

I love using candles to decorate for each holiday and season. To me, it makes everything official when it "smells" like Christmas or Fall or Summer. I love lighting a Christmas tree scented candle and listening to Christmas music while I decorate for Christmas and I decorate fall. It goes for each season and holiday. In the spring I take down my normal decorations and light a lilac candle and get ready for spring. Candles just make everything official in my eyes ?

I burn candles year around, but especially during the holidays. My favorites are baked goods scented ones in the kitchen, since you come into our house thought that room.
