Caught My Attention – May

May came and went so fast I hardly had time to catch my breath…..althougth I did apparently have time to catch the flu.  Crazy right?!  Who gets the flu in May?!  The struggle was so real last week.  And I’m so grateful to be semi-back to feeling normal again.  While I can hardly believe June is already here, this mama is sooooo ready for summer break!

Here’s a rundown of what caught my attention in May.

Open Box Deals

Ummmmm……..Did you know that Wayfair has open box deals on their site? They’re usually returns that have been opened but are undamaged, so the price is reduced.  Some items are reduced up to 50% off!  You can check out the current inventory list and search for specific items here.

Dead to Me

Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini are golden together.  I literally binged this show in two days.  It’s dark comedy meets mystery, and I found it super entertaining.  Have you seen it yet?

These Old Navy Espadrilles

These are the most comfortable espadrilles I’ve ever owned!   I love them so much I may have to grab them in black as well.

The Most Flattering One Piece Swimsuit

I’ve finally found the most flattering one piece bathing suit, and the $27 price tag makes it even better!

Also, we’re big fans of the Tucker + Tate swimwear line for my daughter.  She’s wearing last season’s tie-dye two piece but this year’s version is really cute too!

A Plug-in Dimmer

Last but not least, am I the last person on Earth to discover plug-in dimmers?

I’m a big fan of dimmer switches, and pretty much every light fixture in our home is on a dimmer switch (get the easy how to install a dimmer switch instructions here).  But these plug-in dimmers are awesome for lights that aren’t hard wired like floor lamps and table lamps!  The easy slide operation allows you to adjust your lights to the desired level.  And I about fell out of my chair when I discovered these existed.  I had no clue these were a thing!  And I’m 100000% pumped to discover these!
