Shredded Manchebo Cheese plus Extra for Topping
Method
Preheat oven to 425.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into an oven safe dish and top with shredded cheese.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
