31 Days of Decrapification

I should of told you about this yesterday.

31 days of decrapification

My plan is to decrapify one area of my home/life each day during the month of October.  Some days it might be an entire closet (my kids’ closets need a good purge) and some days it might be cleaning all the junk out of my handbag or getting rid of the unmatched pairs of socks in my sock drawer or finally throwing out that empty tube of mascara in my make-up bag.  No matter how big or small I’m devoting the month of October to decrapification.

I’m on a mission.  Want to join me?  Use hashtag #31daysofdecrapification to join in the fun on instagram and twitter.  I think if we encourage each other we may actually accomplish our goal and keep ourselves inspired to keep up the good decrapification.

Let’s do this thing!

  • This is what we all should be doing right! I feel like I decrapify only to accumulate more crap!! Ah the endless battle but it has to be done and it makes you feel like a new person and new house afterwards!!

  • October really is a great month for it too – just before the crazy of the holiday season really sets in!

Oh – and I probably should I have noted that Trader Joe's did not sponsor this post. 😉

  • Decrapification sounds like a great plan and my attic needs it but I'm scared 🙂 just did my daughter's closet though and it feels amazing!

  • I'm in as well!! I don't even have a lot of "stuff" in my tiny apartment, but I know I have areas that I can decrapify again since I do it many times throughout the year anyways!! Woot!!!
