With 1k, we would totally travel to visit NYC! We relocated to upstate New York this summer, and I have not yet made it to the city which shocks and disappoints everyone. Happy Holidays! I would make sure my husband had the best Christmas ever! He works so hard and we always choose to spend on our families rather than exchange gifts between us, but would love to surprise him if we had the extra money!

I would buy both of my girls (both in college) an iPad – something that is just too big a splurge for us but I know that they want one – and they both work so hard in school!

I would splurge and buy myself a pair of hunter boots. The other would all be given away… I volunteer at a small inner city school. Most students only have two sets of uniform clothes to wear for the entire week. I would buy the most needy students some uniform clothes, underwear and new coats.
