And I now understand why they’ve named it The Big Easy. It took less than 10 minutes to get this oil-less fryer set up and ready to use, and then it fried our turkey in about 10-15 minutes per pound! And the result?
Look at this mouth-watering goodness! Crispy on the outside and juicy (not at all dried out) on the inside! Just like I like it. But without the safety concerns. 😉
I’ll never cook a turkey any other way. This was just way too easy to be so ridiculously delicious. And now I’m excited to try a bunch of other meats in this oil-less fryer!
