Flamingo Love and a Giveaway

****This giveaway is now closed!  The winner has been notified via email.  Thanks to all who entered! *********

What’s not to love about flamingos?  They’re pink and preppy, and something about them just screams happy!  I feel like if summertime had a mascot it would definitely be the flamingo.  True story, whenever I see them at a zoo or something the Three’s Company theme song plays in my head……you have to be old like I am to remember that show.  😉  The theme song for the season after Suzanne Somers left the show had the cast visiting a zoo, and flamingos make an appearance.  Please tell me I’m not the only one that remembers that?  Isn’t it funny the things that stick in our brains?  The chronological order of United States Presidents……hmmmmmm……that gets a little fuzzy in the middle for me…….theme song to Three’s Company – crystal clear.

Anyhow, I love flamingos which is why I added a flamingo print to our powder room.

(flamingo, abstract – See more of the powder bath here.)

Somehow I accidentally ordered two of these flamingo prints, so rather than send it back I’ve decided to run a little giveaway.  I’ve been going through my decor cabinet clearing out the items that have yet to find a place in the new house.  Rather than send these things to Goodwill I thought it would be fun to package them up into a couple of different summer giveaways.  So this first little giveaway is based around the extra flamingo print and will include everything you see below.

flamingo giveaway

The only item that is brand new is the print which is an 8 x 8 inch size, the rest is all gently used decor accessories plus a swatch of fabric (enough to make a pillow or maybe recover a small chair cushion).  If you would like to win this happy little package of flamingo love just comment below letting me know what television sitcom theme song from your childhood you still know all the words to……and extra cool points for anyone that still knows all the words to the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.  I’ll notify the winner via email next Friday!

No worries if you don’t win though, this flamingo print is still available to purchase right here.  Plus check out all of these other fun flamingo goodies!
