In these weeks of staying home, I’ve found so much joy in snail mail. With so many friends and family members living in different states, I’ve really enjoyed both sending and receiving cards and packages as a way of feeling connected. This past week an Instagram friend, who is an absolutely incredible artist, sent me the most gorgeous landscapes!

Are you following Laurel-Dawn? If not, you really need to be!

I would love to add one of her works on acrylic to my collection some day, as they are STUNNING! But I also truly adore her petite landscapes. Petite sizing is so perfect for shelf styling and adding art to spaces like the kitchen.
I also love that she offers prints because as amazing as originals are, a print behind glass is ideal for a kitchen where you’d otherwise be concerned about spills and splatters.
Carolina Marsh could not be more perfect for my kitchen! I just adore this piece so much!

I’m still waiting for a proper mat to fit this frame, but I’m already smitten with how she looks leaned up against the backsplash.

This beautiful landscape not only looks great in my kitchen and represents the coastal Carolina area we’re grateful to call home, but paired with the fortune my husband used to propose, it reminds me of our honeymoon on Kiawah Island.
Almost 20 years ago while we were honeymooning on Kiawah we dreamed out loud about moving to the Charleston area one day……and we even talked about living in a pink house. I kid you not!
So this landscape truly means the absolute world to me!

Laurel was kind enough to send me a couple of her beautiful landscapes to offer as a giveaway! Gleaming Marsh and Burnished Mire look so great paired together, I thought I would offer them both to one lucky winner.

To enter, simply leave a comment below, and I will draw a winner on Friday after midnight. Good luck!

I can’t wait to show you the Laurel-Dawn Corner Studio pieces I’ll be adding to my husband’s office when I share my design plan this Thursday for the One Room Challenge!
Those are absolutely gorgeous!
