June got away from me, but I’m finally getting around to sharing my favorites! Show and tell is still my jam! Here we go.
Denim Cutoffs & Loopy Phone Case
Finding denim shorts that fit my waist but aren’t too tight around my thighs has not been easy. Normally, I would size up in the waist in order to give my thighs the breathing room they need. But then I’d pretty much have to wear a belt. So I did a little happy dance when I came across these Free People cutoffs that have a small slit on the side so my thighs can be free to be themselves, and I don’t have to order a larger waist size. I also really love the comfortable high waist and length! Not too short and not too long. These are definitely goldilocks shorts for me. If you’ve been looking for thigh-friendly cutoffs, you’ll love these! I love them so much I bought them in both washes. Bonus! – They’re on sale right now!

Carter + Jane Clean Fragrance Roll-ons & Body Oil
I try to steer clear of synthetic fragrances. They’re so often filled with a bunch of chemicals I’d rather not spray all over my body. So I was happy to discover Carter + Jane last year. They create fragrance oils with certified organic and naturally derived vegan ingredients. And one of the best parts to me is that they disclose every ingredient used in the products they sell, which is a huge deal in the beauty industry because they aren’t required by law to do so. Anyhow, their Beach House and Island Girl Roll-ons smell incredible!!! And I can not get enough of the Beach House Body Oil!
The Seawood Bath Co. Body Scrub
Another body product I’ve been using regularly and loving is this body scrub from The Seaweed Bath Co. The texture of the scrub is perfection! It’s not too rough but it’s not too fine. My legs have never been smoother. The slight coffee aroma isn’t too overwhelming at all; it’s a nice subtle wakeup in the morning.
Laser Hair Removal
Okay, this may be TMI. But, I’ve always loathed bathing suit season because of the constant need to shave my bikini area. Over the past few years, I’ve tried everything from sugaring and waxing to at-home hair removal creams, and nothing has really worked well for me. So, after a ton of research, I decided to give laser hair removal a try. And after 7 treatments over the past year or so, I can say this has been the best gift I’ve ever given to myself! It was a little painful, but not more painful than waxing. And the results are awesome! It’s truly a game-changer for bathing suit season! I really wish I’d done this sooner. And that’s why I wanted to be sure to share this with all of you. If you’ve been thinking about it, do it! You won’t regret it!
Beautycounter All Bright AHA Facial Toner
Beautycounter recently introduced a new toner, and as a consultant, I was able to try it weeks before it was released. And it has quickly become one of my favorites from them. It’s not your basic – kind of pointless skincare toner. This toner is a blend of alpha and beta hydroxy acids – glycolic, lactic, phytic acid, and salicylic acid – combined with niacinamide. So this incredible toner is packed with actives that exfoliate, brighten, and lighten dark spots! Y’all, this toner is gooooood!
Magnetic Bookmark
Okay, friends, have I been sleeping under a rock? How did I not know that magnetic bookmarks existed?! For years I’ve had a love-hate relationship with paper bookmarks that inevitably fall out and cause me to lose my place. Ugh. But no longer! The leopard print caught my eye because of course it did. 😉 This exact one is no longer available. But this set is really cute.
Eufy Robot Vacuum Cleaner
Last but not least, I’m excited to introduce you to the newest member of our family, Cuthbert. Surprisingly my husband named him. Apparently, my love of Anne of Green Gables has rubbed off on him. Cuthbert is practical and efficient, always willing to step in and get the job done, and never complains, a lot like Mathew and Marilla.
But seriously, this robot vacuum is amazing!
