DIY Instagram Sticker Art

Y’all already know how much I love instagram (carmel_ourfifthhouse).  And you know I’m especially fond of printing my insta photos.  So it should come as no surprise that instead of doing laundry after coming home from our Kiawah Island vacation, I opted to make a fun instagram sticker art piece with our vacation photos to display on the mantel in our family room.

I’m just slightly obsessed with this cuteness!

I grabbed a square wood frame I bought at Target a few months back and used one of these Anthro napkins to cover the back.  Then I grabbed a piece of white card stock and made a heart shape with a bunch of 2 inch instagram sticker squares.  It literally took me all of maybe 15 minutes!  I just love seeing this on our mantel reminding me of what a great family vacation we had!

These instagram stickers were so easy to make too!  You know how I’ve been making all sorts of fun labels lately?  (Like in our medicine/cookbook cabinet, to organize craft supplies and guest room essentials, to put together teacher gifts, and most recently to make a hair accessory organizer for my girl.)  Well, the same secret I’ve been using to make those awesome labels is what I used to make these 2 inch square instagram stickers.  I chose to change all my photos to sepia tone, but I could have done them in color.  I can’t wait to finally be able to spill the beans and tell you all about this total awesomeness!  I promise that I will finally be able to let you all in on the secret in August!  Woohoo!  You’re going to fall in love!

Do you love instagram as much as I do?
