Well, it’s week 2 of the Adventure Refresh Makeover Challenge, and I’m back to share a little peek of the progress I’ve made in the master bathroom.
We haven’t seen the sun in over a week here in Charleston, so please excuse how dark and dreary these progress photos are.
The subtle wall color change is really hard to appreciate in photos. Â But the previous beige color so closely matched the floor tile that the space just looked like a boring beige box.
Now with this new light shade of grey (Sherwin Williams Shoji White) there’s a subtle contrast that will be neutral enough for potential buyers when we put our house on the market, but isn’t completely drab and boring. Â There’s at least a little depth and dimension in here now.
In other small but impactful changes, I added linen shades to the vanity light which dresses it up a little bit.  And I’m planning to replace the vanity hardware with these knobs and pulls.
But the thing I’m most excited about is this large scale art that arrived from Minted!
Elsa’s really into it too.  😉
I’ll be back next week with the reveal which means I need to get busy finishing things up in here!
Now be sure to check out how all the other design bloggers participating in this Adventure Refresh Challenge are doing this week.
