My front porch might be spookified for Halloween, but my screen porch is………
……embracing the season rather than the holiday.
Fall to me is all about layers and texture. Give me velvet and faux fur!
And throw some plaid in there for good measure. 😉
I mean, I love me some pumpkins, but I don’t think you have to throw them around like confetti (unless of course, you want to) in order to bring in a fall vibe.
Just swapping out your pillow covers can totally do the trick!
And speaking of plaid, the beauty is that it works throughout winter as well!
Our screen porch is my favorite place to begin and end the day. And I love how just a few seasonal changes gave it a cozy fall feeling, especially since we’re still experiencing 80 degree days here. Not that I’m complaining! I LOVE warm weather! But I also enjoy embracing the seasons with my decor!
