I blame The Home Edit’s Get Organized show on Netflix. I binged it in a couple of days. Then naturally, I decided every drawer and closet in our home was in need of an organizing overhaul. And first on my hit list? This linen closet right outside of our laundry room.

It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. So armed with inspiration and leftover peel ‘n stick wallpaper from my laundry room project, I gave this closet a little makeover.

I’m so happy with how she looks, and bonus, she functions so much better now too! 😉
I reused all the baskets I already had in here and just added labels.
Other than the labels, I added just two other things in here: clear bins for my pillow covers and acrylic shelf dividers. It might be hard to see, but I added the shelf dividers to the very top shelf. And oh my word, they are game-changers. Like woah, who knew how helpful they could be?! They keep the pillows on that shelf from flopping all over the place, and now I can pull one down without the whole row falling down. Insert praise hands. 🙂
I mean, you know you’re old when stuff like this makes you so ridiculously happy. It is what it is. This is who I am now. Ha!
Next on my list? The pantry better watch out because I’m coming for it. 😉
