Amazon Beauty Favorites (Under $20)

I discovered a few things on Amazon recently, and these items have quickly become beauty favorites. The best part is these finds are all under $20!

1. These microfiber face cloths have transformed my makeup removal and evening cleansing routine. I start by rubbing this cleansing oil all over my face, then I run one of these facecloths under warm water and it gently removes all of my makeup. Because I believe in the power of double cleansing, I then use this gentle cleanser (that I mentioned in this post). But these cloths are so soft and gentle on skin, and I love that they add a little manual exfoliation to my nightly cleansing routine. After having a chalazion last year (google that if you’re not sure what that is – but be prepared for images that are not pretty), I’m very particular about making sure every single bit of eye makeup is completely removed before bed, and these face cloths get the job done perfectly! A set of 12 is just $9.99, and these are great to keep on hand for overnight guests as well.

2. Just me or do flyaways drive you bananas too? This hair wax stick is the best! It tames flyaways without leaving a hair greasy or oily. And it’s so great for any pony tail or bun hair styles when you want a smooth pulled back look. This stick will likely last for years!

3. I’ve mentioned this Illuminating Nail Concealer by Londontown before, but I’ve just started using the Bubble shade. And I’m in love! It’s the perfect barely there blush pink. If you like a french manicure/natural look, you will LOVE this stuff! It, no lie, lasts up to two weeks without chipping and dries super fast!

4. This Versed Retinol Body Lotion is another item I’ve mentioned before, but it’s worth re-sharing, especially with bare leg and sandal season on the horizon. Trust me, your skin with love this stuff! Use at night before bed.

5. Speaking of legs…this body scrub also by Versed is incredible! It’s great to use before shaving for the smoothest results. The fine grit polish feels invigorating not harsh on skin. It has the added benefit of an alpha hydroxy acid (for some good chemical exfoliation as well), so I like to use it like a mask on my neck and chest, leaving it on for about 10 minutes before rinsing it away in the shower.

6. Last but not least, if you’re not already using a Japanese washcloth in the shower or tub, you’re seriously missing out. I grew up using them, and there is just nothing like them! They’re long, so you can easily scrub your back. And, the material they’re made from is naturally exfoliating, so they leave your skin feeling super soft and smooth! This brand has become a favorite of mine simply because of the aesthetically-pleasing colors they offer. (Once a decorator always a decorator. 😉 )
