Outdoor Sectional Shopping

Thank you all so much for your encouragement and support of my new job! Yes, for those who were wondering, Our Fifth House will continue on as usual. I still need a safe place to unleash my inner crazy. 😉

Speaking of crazy, our screened porch is just about done! Woohoo! I’m still kind of pinching myself.

The painting/staining is happening this week, and so you know what that means. It’s time for the real fun to begin! Time to decorate the space.

I’m dreaming of a great big outdoor sectional. I’m hoping to find something with lots of comfortable lounging space. Both of these are calling my name!

I just wish they were a little easier on the ol’ pocketbook. I don’t want to settle for something I don’t really love, but I also had no idea how expensive an outdoor sectional could be!

For the price this one from The Home Depot looks pretty good, but it’s sold out online and not available in my store. Why is that always the case?

Shopping for outdoor furniture is a bit tough at this time of year as so many items are sold out or back ordered. Maybe I’ll get lucky and snag a clearance piece somewhere. A girl can dream right?! What are your go-to sources for outdoor furniture?

Target has their patio furniture 50% off right now online. I haven't had a chance to see what they have, but you might get lucky!

Come up this way and check out the Frontgate Outlet. They often have 50% off their outlet prices. The Ballard Outlet also has some great outdoor pieces. Home Decorators has a good selection too. If you come up, you better call me girl! I'd love to hang with you for the day.

Your screened porch looks amazing!!! Sectional shopping is tough – you are right, they are so, so expensive. Have you looked at Pier 1? Their Echo Beach sectional is nice and reasonably priced!

I have been dreaming of a sectional for my patio for a while now, but I just can't seem to pay the price. 🙂 Hope you find a good deal!!

I love those white sectionals! They remind me of the lounge area in a hotel that we visited in Mexico right on the ocean. A happy place for sure. Your porch is going to be AWESOME when you get done with it!

CostCo!! We bought the Endura 6-piece and absolutely love it. Going on three years and it still looks brand new. I recovered the pillows that it came with to spice it up a bit!

CostCo also shipped the furniture for free and we had it within 3 days of our purchase.

I agree with Abby – my friend got some great patio furniture at CostCo. I would also look at Overstock too. They usually have low or free shipping on certain items.

Ballard designs…they are even having and end of season sale now so you might can snag something fantastic!

It's going to be awesome, Carmel! As for a source for outdoor furniture, we found a great deal at Joss & Main, but we live close to a Frontgate and Ballard Outlet that have some good deals going on for the end of the season. It's nuts how expensive outdoor furniture is!! Can't wait to see how it all comes together!

After a lot of looking, we bought a sofa and chairs from the Belvedere collection at Target. I was really impressed with how sturdy and well made it was! Great value for the money.

I was doing Google to learn about the best places to buy outdoor Furniture and reached your websie. The furniture looks comfortable and they also look relaxing. Thanks for the post and the beautiful pictures.

Total dream space I tell ya. Now is actually the perfect time to shop for outdoor because a lot of it is on clearance to make way for the fall/winter season. Have you tried World Market or Pier 1? Another place that has good outdoor furniture is Costco. I saw a really big sectional there a couple weeks ago. Maybe try online. Its worth a shot. I cant wait to see how out the Carmel stamp on this space.

Although it may show as sold out call and talk to customer service to confirm. Also, Look at Lowes.

I CANNOT wait to see the big reveal of the porch. I'm sure it will be fab! Love the vaulted ceilings!

Costco – You might have to wait until next spring because they are seasonal but they look amazing and they are considerably less than all the catalog companies.

That porch looks like it should be in a magazine! Love the roof lines! Any of those would look great but I vote for the West Elm one!
There should be some sales going down about now too!!

I'd check out World Market. They have similar pieces to what you are dreaming about.

Don't know if anyone has mentioned overstock.com yet but theyre a great resource for outdoor stuff. Prob on sale now, too. Oh, and wayfair.com
