Creating a Vision Board Just Got Super Easy & Super Fun Too!
Corian’s Moodboard Maker is ridiculously easy to use and makes for a great jumping off point to begin any design plan. Vision is key when starting a new design project, whether you’re redecorating, renovating or building! And this new tool has been so helpful to me as I’ve been in the planning stages for house number seven.
The Moodboard Maker is not only free to use, but it’s a great way to see how different design elements will play together before making any final selections.
How it Works
You start by selecting a style.
Then, from there, the options are truly endless! Playing around with different combinations is really addicting. It’s a simple way to gather your inspiration and create a collage of colors and textures. You can fill your collage with a Corian® Design swatch and any of the preloaded images they have to choose from, of which there are many. For my moodboard, I chose to feature Corian® Solid Surface in Deep Nocturne to represent the black doors we’ll be using for the exterior of our home. You can also upload your very own inspiration images…
to create a moodboard mosaic collage that’s completely personal to you and your space.
And the most fun part is that you can save your completed inspiration collage to your camera roll, share it on social media or, and I really love this option, you can can order a printed copy to frame! How fun is that?!
I’ve been working on selecting exterior paint colors for house number seven, and I’ve had such fun playing with this new design tool. I was so inspired by the gardens and architecture we saw during our trip to Italy, and I’m planning on taking that inspiration and giving it a Charleston spin. I can’t wait to share more details!
