Design is in the details. I’ve always believed that to be true. And it couldn’t be more true about the newest addition to my husband’s home office. I hemmed and hawed over this idea back when I was working on this space for the one room challenge. And then when I finally made up my mind and decided to order this picture light it was on backorder. BUT, it finally arrived! And I couldn’t be more in love with how much of an impact this one little detail makes in the space!
Do you love it?! I’m obsessed! I’m so glad I went for it and decided to give this battery operated light a go. I was concerned that the quality wouldn’t be very good being that it’s battery powered. But it’s actually quite substantial. The wall bracket is completely hidden behind the canvas, so you really can’t even tell that it’s not hardwired.
It came with a remote that offers three settings, so you can dim the light to your desired brightness. And while it’s an LED, it gives off a soft white glow. Some online reviewers said the light didn’t last longer than a year, but I’ve personally never had an LED light die on me that fast. So I’ll be interested to see what happens with this picture light. For now, I’m in love!
