The limewash paint samples I ordered from JH Wall Paints arrived last week! Somewhat shocked at how quickly they arrived, but I’m not complaining. SOOOO excited to get this little fireplace makeover underway!

Clearly, I’m wanting something in the soft, beige-y, almost taupe, neutral family. 😉 I’m going for subtle contrast, warmth, and texture. But what I’m most excited about with this limewash paint is the patina which will continue to develop over time.

While pictures don’t do these limewash paint samples justice, they are truly unique as they’re handpainted, so you can really get a good feel for not only the true color but the soft texture of the paint. I’ve been staring at these samples for days now, evaluating them in morning, afternoon, and evening light. And I’m ready to place an order! Any guesses which one I’ve chosen?

Which one would you choose?

I would pick #3. #1 looks too yellow and #2 looks too brown. Just my opinion.
