I’m thrilled to once again join Stephanie (Casa Watkins Living) and a group of insanely talented creatives in the New Year New Room Refresh Challenge. Last year for this challenge I tackled my laundry room, and that makeover has made my least favorite chore one that I don’t mind as much anymore. Dare I say I actually enjoy doing laundry now? Well at least I enjoy being in this space. And that counts for soemthing, right? 😉

Over the course of the month, for this year’s challenge, I’ll be tackling this oh-so-plain-and-boring hallway.

It’s right off the entry foyer, so there will be some spillover into that space as well. Which is good because our entry is still lacking some finishing details.

I’m thrilled for the motivational push to finally start putting some nail holes in the walls of our blank hallways. As one of my home goals this year is to get more framed family photos hung up in our home. No more boring hallways for me!
I added grasscloth to hallway that leads to our bedroom at the end of last year. And this year I plan to give the other two hallways in our home some personality!
I think a hallway is such a great place to have some fun with design and let your walls tell your story! I’m excited to refresh this hallway, the upstairs hallway, and the entry foyer as part of this 2021 new year challenge! And I can’t wait to see what my fellow creatives have up their sleeves! I just love starting the year with some home refreshing!
